I just want to say how appreciative we are of our Realtor, Kim Smith. She assisted my in-laws with selling their old home and buying a new home. Kim was very patient, thorough and informative with the whole process. My in-laws were very pleased with the end results. They could not have asked for a better realtor. We absolutely love Kim, working with her was a fantastic experience and we would recommend her to anyone! My husband and I were pretty picky about what we wanted and were slowly looking for a few years. Kim was always patient with us and helped us find the home of our dreams. Her attention to detail is one of the things I appreciated about her the most, it always felt like she went the extra mile for us to help make sure we felt fully-informed and had access to information about the home and surrounding area we really cared about. Our home buying process was a bit complicated because of the nature of the property, but Kim made it all flow smoothly for us and I can't thank her enough. The day of closing I remember how overwhelmed we both were, but also how relieved I felt to have Kim on our side advocating for us and making sure that all of the paperwork was complete and correct. That feeling of having someone truly on your side that you can trust and rely on to make sure everything is handled was priceless. I am so grateful she was our agent. Kim is fantastic, if I could give more stars I would!!
